Our Garlic Shrimp Pasta recipe is as easy to make as it is tasty.
Heat 1 T of olive oil on medium-high heat in a large skillet. Season prawns with salt and pepper and sauté 1-2 minutes per side. Remove prawns and set aside. Add butter, remaining olive oil and garlic to pan. Sauté for 1 minute then add wine. Simmer for 2 more minutes then add prawns and finish cooking, about 3-5 minutes. Finish with a pinch of salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and herbs. Serve with pasta.
