Directions
Add 3T olive oil to an oven safe pan. Add the dough and flip to coat in oil. Press the dough to the edges of the pan. Make dimples in the dough using fingertips and fill with roasted garlic. Sprinkle with rosemary and brush the dough with olive oil. Bake in a 400 degree oven until the top is golden and the bottom is crisp, about 20 minutes. Serve on a charcuterie board with Romesco sauce.
