Directions
Add clams to a covered pan and steam until open, approximately 5 minutes. Discard any broken or unopened clams. Remove the clams from half the shells and set aside with clam broth. Add oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a skillet and sauté for 1 minute. Add wine and cook for 1 minute. Add butter, pasta, and clams and sauté for another minute. Serve with fresh herbs and a squeeze of lemon and garlic bread.
