Directions
For meatballs: Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Sauté until golden and set aside.
For the orzo: In a large skillet, sauté garlic, onions, and orzo until golden. Add chicken broth and meatballs and cook until pasta is tender and the meatballs are cooked through about 10 minutes. Stir in fresh or frozen peas and garnish with lemon and parsley.
Possible garnish with chunks of blue cheese pressed in.
